The security system Google Chrome successfully penetrated by a group of hackers who call themselves as Pinkie Pie.
However, no charges were obtained by Pinkie Pie because such action. Apparently, they were even given a cash amount of U.S. $ 60,000 by Google. Why?
Apparently, Pinkie Pie is one of the participants of the contest “Pwnium” held by Google at the Hack in the Box conference in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In this Pwnium event, I asked the hackers to find all the vulnerabilities that exist in Chrome.
Quoted from Venture Beat, I assess the discovery made by Pinkie Pie as a matter of “criticism” and called it “a beautiful work”.
However, Google will not share information about any vulnerabilities found in Pwnium event, at least until the majority of users has installed the latest patch.
