Problem messaging system, Google has been somewhat lagging behind its competitors. Application of the Internet giant’s social communication that was split in different applications.

For that reason, Google introduced a Hangouts, a unified messaging service that will replace Google Talk, Google+ Messenger, and Google+ Hangout video chat.

As quoted from The Verge, Hangouts itself shaped messaging application, similar to WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger is a direct competitor. Facing this competition, Hangouts rely on a number of uniqueness.

Unlike instant messaging applications in general, Hangouts not display the contact list, but a list of the most recent conversations. Each conversation can be named as a chat room, can also be added to the label in the form of images from Google emoji collection.

Google re-open a new service. In the conference Google I / O in San Francisco, United States, Wednesday (15/05/2013), Google introduced a streaming music service, Google Music Play All Access.

“We want to build a music service that focuses on music in which the technology behind it. Choosing your music will not be difficult anymore,” said Chris Yerga, a Google Android development team.

Excerpted from The Verge, in outline, Google’s new service is similar to Spotify and Rdio. Users of the service can listen to the songs streaming on a computer or Android-based devices.

Users can also use Google Music All Access to create some sort of radio stations from all the songs that were heard. Google combines data storage media in the cloud for GMail service, Drive, and Google+. Starting Monday (12/05/2013), the three services were given a larger data storage, the 15GB of free.

Google’s Director of Product Management Bavo Clay said, inter-service integration gives Google a more simple experience for users who wish to share or send data. In this way the user does not feel constrained about storage space on a single service.

“Life has become a little easier when Google products work just as well. Entering data from Drive to email or share photos from Drive to Google+,” said Bavo in publications in the company’s official blog.

Kaspersky Internet Security (KIS) 2013 100% managed to block malicious attacks in the tests performed by Real-World Protection Test (conducted by a leading research lab from Austria, AV-Comparatives).
