To compete in the global Smartphone market, Samsung sells its latest Android Smartphone products, the Galaxy S4, at a considerable price premium.
With such a high price, what is the actual cost of production necessary to create a Samsung Galaxy S4? This question was answered by the institute tried to market analyst IHS iSuppli. To answer these questions, IHS iSuppli dismantle the gadget to find out how much it cost.
Once finished unpacking component per component Samsung Galaxy S4 32GB, IHS iSuppli concluded that the production cost of the Smartphone ranges from 237 U.S. dollars.
This means that Samsung took the gross margin of 402 dollars or about 62 percent, assuming the price of the Galaxy S4 32GB in the U.S., which is 639 U.S. dollars.

Facebook is currently in talks “serious” to acquire social navigation application Waze. Facebook put up the funds ranges from 800 million to 1 billion U.S. dollars.
According to a separate report from the media business The Wall Street Journal and Calcalist, Thursday (09/05/2013), Facebook saw enormous potential if successfully acquired Waze. Therefore, Waze is known as a pioneer of social navigation application that has the location data.
Waze can give directions gradually. He also served as a place where users can report traffic conditions, ranging from congestion, accidents, repairs, until the road closure. This allows other users to know the road conditions will be passed based on the data reported.

Smartwatch
Smart watches devices (smartwatch) would be “the next big product” in the year 2013.
It was revealed from the results of the analysis conducted by ABI Research market survey agency and quoted by website Phone Arena, Friday (19/04/2013). The agency predicts, smartwatches products will sell well in the year 2013 this. Total, there will be 1.2 million smart devices sold watches in 2013.
There are several reasons that make this kind of product sold in the market. One is the highest penetration of Smartphones in the world market.
Most devices are smart watches available today it can be connected to a Smartphone device through a Bluetooth connection. When connected, the Smartphone can send SMS messages, e-mails, and also voice calls directly to the smart watches.

Google reportedly is negotiating to acquire WhatsApp. Value buying instant messaging application is called will reach millions of dollars.
The information was first reported by the website Digital Trends was revealed by a reliable source from internal sources. Talks between Google and WhatsApp have started four or five weeks ago.
WhatsApp mentioned trying to find a way to get a higher acquisition price. Figures offer from Google is reportedly nearing the 1 billion U.S. dollars.
WhatsApp acquisition has been predicted since the beginning will print the value of millions of dollars, after Facebook bought Instagram years ago.
