The reason should be extinct BlackBerry Keyboard

Chief Executive Officer (CEO) RIM, Thorsten Heins, instead announcing BlackBerry10 devices will be equipped with a physical keyboard.
Although most of the other vendors have switched to touch screen, RIM has not been able to destroy the market for physical keyboard fans. Is it the right decision? Crackberry.com page describes the reasons RIM’s decision does not make sense:
1. BlackBerry should show its touch screen capabilities
The device has a touch screen dominates the phone market share this year. BlackBerry into a number of devices left in preserving QWERTY keyboard on a smartphone.
This indicates two reasons. First, consumers have switched to touch screen devices. Second, competitors thought the segment has taken a physical keyboard BlackBerry.
